First the good - I have no complaints on the installation. The installer did a good job and was very knowledgeable. My experience with the sale process was disappointing. I was promised a rebate for the first month, which never happened. Also, I found out after signing the agreement that other companies have a better monthly rate for the same service. That was partially my fault for not being more diligent before signing a contract. My recommendation is to shop around before getting stuck for 3 years.

Gotta say getting this home security system has been nothing short of amazing. The day it was installed we did have an issue with the back door sensor, but we called and they came the very next day and got us a brand new one and ever since then we have had no issues. Its easy to navigate the app and it has WONDERFUL features. Being able to make sure our garage door is closed from our phones is one thing we have always wanted.
