Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I think it’s the first time we’ve ever gone to a medical facility and been greeted when we walked in the door and there was a check in line ahead of us… exceptional service.

AWFUL! I went for an MRI and I ended up with my ear drum bruised. When I called to report the incident the lady on the phone was laughing and she said that I never happened before. The tech did NOT listen that I was in a VERY uncomfortable position and the headphones and earplugs ended up hurting my ear pretty bad. I called to file a complain but I do think they do not even document the incident! AWFUL service and NO COMPASSIONATE people!!!
