Kim was amazing. She was very understanding and informative.
Not sure about the other properties they manage, but my experience at The Irvine in Inglewood has been a nightmare. Management there is no existent, pretty much a free for all. The building itself is falling apart, it's filthy, tenants aren't allowed street parking, no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything the other neighbors do, elevators are busted most the time and so on.
