Dr. Sam Hung was so rude he that wife left an appointment crying. This guy sucks.
I had an extremely upsetting experience with Dr. Sam Hung at Envision Optometry today. From the moment I checked in, Dr. Hung was short and rude. I initially tried to brush it off, but the interaction only got worse. I recently had a baby, and during pregnancy and postpartum my vision has noticeably changed. My last eye exam was less than a year ago, but I explained that my glasses no longer feel right and I wanted my prescription re-checked. The personnel at the reception was very unfriendly and arrogant. I don't know her name or her job title, because she didn't say any greetings or introduction. She did run some tests without any explanation. I didn't understand what she was doing, but she had her own schedule, and my family had to fit in. I felt like my family was such an inconvenience to her. The optometrist was no better. I won't go back here.
Had a great experience getting my eyes checked. The receptionist was very friendly. Dr Hung did a great job checking my eyes and then took the time to explain things to me. I did not feel rushed at all and left understanding things much better. Thanks!
