Colorado Springs Imaging should conduct business like most medical providers in not charging a patient until they have first filed the claim with insurance. The Delmonico office demanded payment of $1628.40 up front before we had met our deductible, filed the claim incorrectly with our insurance, and still hasn't corrected the billing with insurance in 3.5 months even though I have called them 4 times. RecommendedAmazing staff!! super nice and helpful. they offered drinks while you wait. I attempted a closed MRI and couldnt do it and ive never had an MRI before. so i came to envision for the open MRI machine and it was absolutely amazing! she put on country music for me and a little bit into the MRI she stopped to check on me. highly recommend Envison Imaging!
I'm currently at the location near Charlton Methodist, if you look at your front desk the broad to the right has a special attitude followed by a verbal threat to me. I am a disabled person, who has been here a number of times, and have NEVER had someone not only back talk, but THREATEN ME? Unacceptable and will be opening a complaint with the medical board. Disgusting!
RecommendedWas dreading this procedure today, to my surprise my appointment was very pleasant and easy. From friendly front desk staff to my technician, they made the visit painless. Beginning with the scheduling call, everyone was professional and friendly, comfortable and clean atmosphere, little wait time (at the most 10 minutes). Would recommend this location!
Lied to me about what I owed, threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay the rest even though I was lied to.
