I scheduled an appointment for a CT and was told one price. They had the Dr's orders on specifics and said they did and repeated them to me. When I got there it was an extra $150. I verified with 2 separate people before the procedure that it was indeed $300 since I pay out of pocket. They would not reduce and repeatedly said the same thing. They lie to get you there then will say "oh there's nothing indicating that you were quoted "300 it is $450 or you can not have it done" Stay FAR away from this place! I would have been ... read more
Everyone I spoke to on the phone and interacted with at the center were very kind, helpful and courteous.
I have been referred by my orthopedic doctor to this location for a MRI. They had to reschedule me twice, first time their MRI machine was down, rescheduled to the same Friday, then got a call on Thursday that no MRI staff on Friday, why reschedule me to Friday? Now I have been in the waiting room for 40 minutes after the injection, still not been seen for MRI scan. What is going on with this facility? I got here since noon, been stuck here for two hours, missing my following appointment.
