I’m sure the services they provide are very good. However, I never made it to that point. I showed up to my appointment to finally be told that my insurance was out of network. Why not inform me of this when I set up the appointment and provided you all of my info? This wasted my week waiting for the appointment that could have been made elsewhere and then half my day of work that I took for an eye exam that never took place. Beyond frustrating customer experience and a horrendous waste of time.
