I was absolutely blown away at my first appointment! The staff ALL went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Bryant was excellent and answered all my questions. I also really appreciated the great selection of frames (and staff that help you find a good match) that they have in the office---one stop for both my exam and frames! Christine was AMAZING!

Worst experience ever! Spent an hour picking out frames..had insurance, told the staff that my out of pocket was $500-$600, they said "no problem". I wanted wire rims as I have a small frame...exam, blinking lights, then 10 minutes with the hot eye doc, one eye farsighted, one eye nearsighted...I knew that. A little cataract..not a problem for now...I needed progressing lenses, OOPS, THOSE FRAMES YOU LOVED WONT WORK. Ok..then they grabbed big ol plastic frames off the wall for BOTH the glasses and sunglasses that I desperate... read more

Loved it here! Great experience! I love that I get greeted by name, and moose of course! I was not pressured into purchasing any glasses, but loved the selection so much I bought two!
I wish I had never gone here! I do not trust anyone in this office and part of it is my own fault. I saw the signs but i ignored them. First sign was the pushing of the vitamin macuhealth that was pushed on me from the moment I got in to the bed. They make you feel like you dobt care about your vision and push a supplement that is very expensive. They tell you you need protection you don't necessarily need. When I purchased my glasses they told me everything was discounted but I never saw that bill just the amount they charg... read more
