Great service and Dr. Chelette is great with children highly recommend him. All the staff is courteous and professional..
I called and scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. They called and confirmed my appointment the day before. I arrived and signed in. 15 minutes later I am informed by a rude receptionist that they dont accept my insurance and that I must pay out of pocket. I asked the rude receptionist why was I not informed before. She rolled her eyes and replied that she forgot to verify my insurance the day before. Thumbs down for this practice and the rude receptionist.....
Started coming here about 15 years or more. Time flies but the service still excellent. New staff but great customer service. To their continue success.
Been coming here for years referred several of my friends I WANNA APOLOGIZE for referring you here!!!!! So disappointed and upset!!!
