Efficient, great service.
Why would Envision make the client wait 10-15 business days for a new debit card that was cancelled due to fraudulent activity! I use to get it same day!!!! Now I have bills due asking to update payment information and I’m stuck waiting on my debit card to be mailed a super slow way from China I guess. I know a handful of people that have cancelled their accounts with Envision due to the lack of service for the CLIENT; this is beyond frustrating.
Ne Ne Parker helped me and was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I was really impressed with the service I received. Thanks!
