Unreliable and disorganized. Didn’t complete the job per our agreement which included filling in the gaps of our home. We were ghosted and had to dispute the charges through our credit card company to which Jeff tried to claim that services were rendered however the text messages prove otherwise.
Our family has used Envirotreat since 2012 and we are extremely happy with their service. The techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They will text or email on a quarterly basis for incoming service. You can call them at any time to get extra services too. We recommend Envirotreat for your pest control needs.
I had a rash/bites that my dermatologue could not distinguish whether were due to bites by an unknown bug or some other reaction. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. I have been a customer for years and will continue to use Envirotreat as my pest and termite company. Jeff always shows up when scheduled and has helped me eradicate ants and mice. He does great work, is very reliable, and has very good prices.
