I had a rash/bites that my dermatologue could not distinguish whether were due to bites by an unknown bug or some other reaction. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free.
