Jon Hancock and his Envirotek crew did an outstanding job on our septic system. They came in, evaluated the entire system, identified deficiencies, proposed corrective actions, and then implemented corrections and improvements. EnivroTek Systems did a fantastic job helping us diagnose, fix and upgrade our septic system when we moved into a new house. I am very pleased to find Envirotek. John responded quickly when our neighborhood lift station was down and helped us restore service as well as tackle some preventative maintenance. He fully understands the design, controls, function and maintenance of our system which is very much a niche in the trades. I called Envirotek to come out and inspect our septic system thinking that it might need to be pumped out. We've lived in our house now for over three years and had not had it looked at since we moved in. We also noticed that when we flushed one of our toilets there was a noise we hadn't noticed before. Jon is very professional and easy to work with. We have an older septic system that was failing and constantly backing up. He was able to provide a plan of action that allowed us to avoid replacing it with a new system. Their process cleared our blocked lateral lines and added a new filtration system along with some other enhancements. The work was completed in March and is still working great!
