I would give 0 stars if it was available. I have solar panels installed in 2016 and Envirosolar was the installer. Since then I have not been able to get a hold of them. Now my inverter is not working so I am not longer making production. I have called and left several messages and I can not get anyone on the line to come out and fix it. This has been the worst experience not to mention all the money this has and is costing me and my family. Do not waste your money!! 4.6 stars is probably done by family and friends.
No response to concerns, calls, emails, anything. I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks. The equipment has not operated for years. Their customer service sucks!
Envirosolar is a name I have tried to forget. I couldn't get anything good to happen with then. So, I finally contacted my financial company I was dealing with. With the help of an attorney I was refunded all my payments I had made, they cleared up any negatives on my credit report and wrote off the balance of my loan. Then the financial company that found the finance company that I made payments to, sent out roofers and solar removers and had the panels removed and did a complete roof replacement. My husband had this company put solar panels, they didn't put the insulation in the attic, they did not install a backup battery. We have attempted to call to get them to complete the installation. No one answers the phone, no one calls back. Extremely disappointed. BBB needs to investigate this company.
Panels worked fairly well for three years, then all of a sudden in the hottest month of the year they just quit. Believe it or not, it took me a month to realize they weren't working. Trying to get in touch with them is impossible So much for the 20 year warranty .
