Katherine and Jerod are amazing at their jobs!! They’re always so helpful!
These people are extremely unprofessional Ryan Renee and Tim all gave me the run around . They even canceled a ride along within an hour from start time. They DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR MESSAGES on time or at all in most cases . Finally after 3 separate attempts to do a ride along I was initially told it would last 2 hrs and that was completely false, it actually lasted 4 hrs . I have been paying for pest control and having numerous Envirosmart people come in to my place at Ovation at Lewisville FOR YEARS now and they have NOT ever resolved a gnat infestation issue.
