We have had a yearly checkup contract with them for a couple of years on 2 properties. This year, a few weeks after the checkup gave us a clean bill of health, our AC went down. Over the next two weeks they proceeded to come out 4 times, each time claiming they knew the problem and replacing a part with a brand new part and billing us.
