We purchased a new system from Environmental Systems. They’ve been very quick to respond, professional and provided competitive pricing. Frank Hainley, our rep, and James Carter, our service technician, were two people that stood out the most to us. They represented the company well.
We have had a yearly checkup contract with them for a couple of years on 2 properties. This year, a few weeks after the checkup gave us a clean bill of health, our AC went down. Over the next two weeks they proceeded to come out 4 times, each time claiming they knew the problem and replacing a part with a brand new part and billing us. First adding a capacitor start kit, then a fan motor, then telling us we need a new compressor.
