Super helpful when I have questions
The Best testing place. Absolutely use them.. This is coming from certified water tech in the biz 20 years. Been with them for 14 years. As long as you know your tests and you know your trade. Everything is explainable, and they will give you hand outs if you don't know what to look to look for . I am not affiliated with any other water testing facility. they are 1 of 3 state certified labs in Oklahoma. Don't trust your testing to just anybody you will regret it. Do NOT do business with them. This is the worst water testing company ever! Susan the front desk lady answers the calls and she is the worst customer representative. I spoke to her nicely and she hung up on me trying to fix a situation that was the company’s fault in the first place. Even when my assistants called, she would be very rude to them. This company is very unhelpful and the worst! You are better off going with a different company, we were stuck since we already paid for the water test.
