ERT has great service. They are very informative and were very patient with all of our questions. They provided us recommendations on abatement companies and even went out of their way to provide us guidance on our tricky situation.
Richard's services in 2021 and 2022 were a complete disaster. He handled water lead testing for my childcare center and asbestos testing for my parent's house, but failed to properly upload the necessary documents to the state, leaving me in a serious predicament. Repeated attempts to contact him through calls and emails were ignored. When my husband called from a different number offering a potential job, Richard answered immediately but hung up when I brought up our problem.
