Your Service Tech person, Jaclyn, was excellent - top notch. She knew she was their for general maintenance, but also identified additional issues, and was able to replace cables on both sides of the door. This is my 16 house, and after Jaclyn finished her work, this is the quietest garage door ever. Jaclyn was experienced, customer oriented, professional, and helpful. We have a Lennar home still under warranty. The keypad remote wasn’t working properly. Jacquelyn came out, listened to my concern and replaced the keypad. Not only did she replace the defective part, she adjusted the chain and lubricated the door without additional charge.
