Left a mess gave attitude on coming back to clean up cracked a drain pipe but apparently even though just had home inspection and was fine a week before they came but whatever will never will use again

During the inspection of our home, we encountered an issue with the insulation around our HVAC system. We called Environmental Insulation and Contracting LLC. Brian came out to review the issue. He answered my questions and concerns and then scheduled a date and time to address the issue. They did the insulation on my new home for my builder. Between the two they somehow managed to leave a void space above my entryway that allowed cold air to enter my home above the drywall which froze my sprinkler pipe 6ft into my house; the pipe then burst and flooded the lower level. This caused $95,000 worth of water mitigation and reconstruction. We are so happy with the closed cell spray foam that you did on our new home. Blake was helpful and proactive in helping us solve the dilemma we were in when it was discovered that the rafters in our home were built wrong and not according to blueprint by an incompetent contractor. But Environmental stepped up and helped us on our way to finishing the project. I will never forget that this company saved us at a point in our project when the going got tough., and encouraged us that all was not lost!!
