They did the insulation on my new home for my builder. Between the two they somehow managed to leave a void space above my entryway that allowed cold air to enter my home above the drywall which froze my sprinkler pipe 6ft into my house; the pipe then burst and flooded the lower level. This caused $95,000 worth of water mitigation and reconstruction.
