This company is amazing. Alex is professional, polite and very good at his job. I had a difficult clog and he took the time and care to figure it out. He explains what he's doing and cleans up after he's done. Which hasn't happened with other plumbers. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing done.
They didn’t show up until the next day so I had already got the toilet cleared out but somehow I got charged for it.
We have a very old septic tank that was clogging up. One company I called wanted over $4,700 to try & clear the lines. If that didn't work, they strongly suggested I consider installing an aerobic system for $16,000! Wanting a second opinion, ECS came highly recommended. Beware of this business. I was charged a non-disclosed missed appointment fee of $127.00 because I had a seizure about the time he supposedly knocked on the door. I called and explained to the extremely hateful lady what had happened and all she could say was well you didn't come to the door and we have pics of your car in the driveway, blah blah.. Our plumbing technician was Jason. He called and let us know when he was on his way. He came out took care of our slow draining sink another plumber couldn't get to drain correctly. Jason was fast and he cleaned up after his self and was personable. Just a great guy. We will use ECS if we need a plumber again in the future.
