I have been working in Operations for two weeks now. The systems in place, the staff, the business philosophy and culture are amazing. I LOVE it here!
They don't give you raises like they should. And they don't praise you enough on a good job you've done. They don't give you Christmas bonuses or anything for Holidays. Its actually sad when you work really hard for nothing.
Me and my wife are currently employed by EC and we both love working for the company the area manger Tom and Operations manager Amanda are very nice people and are very understanding of what people need and or going through I really would refer anyone that is looking for a job to apply here
I love working for E.C. that's why I came back I missed the work I did. Maria is a very nice person and knows most of her employees you don't see this much at other jobs. The rest of the staff are also nice they help with questions and concerns and stay connected with you. Thank you Art, Joe and Devin for giving me the opportunity to work for the company. I also like where I am at Toni is a nice person and communicates well with her employees in Lodi.
