The owner just called, yelled at me, threatened me about how powerful she is in Austin and that if I left a one-star review, she would tell people and make my life miserable. Issues with service: They do not use cleaning products. They use your dish soap on your kitchen counter to clean your counters and bathrooms - zero antibacterial cleaners used.
