Another excellent service by Marty. He is always thorough and happy to answer any questions I have.
Terrible service. There are still ants and bugs in my home. I have sent three emails and one text message, and I have made seven phone calls—of which they only answered two. During one of those calls, I asked my son to speak on my behalf due to the language barrier, specifically to CANCEL THE SERVICE, as I do not want them to return. The representative told my son that they would call me back in Spanish, but I still haven't received that call.
