I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My final invoice was the same as the original estimate, even though I had changed the project and they did not complete all the work listed in that estimate. I was still charged for the work that was not done. Additionally, there was a separate line item for work I added that was not included in the original estimate. Joe came out and cleaned washer drain pipe. Very professional!
Had someone come out last week to fix cold water going to the shower/tub and water filling the toilet tank. Sadly still didn’t get cold water working after he left. But did get the toilet fixed for us! 🫤 unsure how to feel… because it was a pretty big payment and end up having to clean and get help because he busted a pipe in the wall.
They keep sending invoices for work that was never done. Every time I call in, I just get the run around about putting a stop to it. At one point they did send the quote for the work, but it was not signed...at this point it's just harassment. Don't deal with these people.
I am a Property Manager with Town & Country Realtors. In the past two weeks I had two properties that had issues after hours. One had a broken water line that flooded the house, the other had a main sewer line back up into the basement. I called John Bay on both occasions… he answered both calls on the first attempt. (Impressive these days)! He sent Nate Nichols out to both properties. Nate was professional, prompt, thorough and communicative. They got both properties cleaned & dried quickly. Highly recommend
