My fiance and I were so concerned when we first found that our cast iron pipes were leaking, smelling up the basement and house. After talking to multiple plumbers, the only solution they suggested was to rip the pipes out, costing us up to 17,000$ not including repairing the walls in order to get to the pipes. Adam was so kind and helpful, even being a Saturday morning call. Our issue wound up being septic but he successfully located our tank after realizing it wasn’t just a simple blockage. If we ever need a plumber again this will be the first place I call!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My final invoice was the same as the original estimate, even though I had changed the project and they did not complete all the work listed in that estimate. I was still charged for the work that was not done. Additionally, there was a separate line item for work I added that was not included in the original estimate. Had someone come out last week to fix cold water going to the shower/tub and water filling the toilet tank. Sadly still didn’t get cold water working after he left. But did get the toilet fixed for us! 🫤 unsure how to feel… because it was a pretty big payment and end up having to clean and get help because he busted a pipe in the wall.
