Waited over 45 minutes in a pedicure chair with no water. I called yesterday and booked an appointment for 6:15 for 4 people. We were going to celebrate my little sisters birthday. She was the only one that got serviced. My other sister, mother and I walked out after 45+ of waiting. Not once did they say “sorry we are under staffed” or “we will be right with you”. I will NEVER go to Envi Nail again!! Scheduled for 4 of us to have a pedicure @ 615 tonight! Yes I made an appointment for 4 people. Two of us arrived and were seated. One of us got a pedicure! The other 3 walked out at 7 pm, no water in the tub, no pedicure. Nothing!!! And on top of that the air conditioner wasn’t working and both fans were pointed in the same direction! 🙄 Worst customer service ever. At least the Birthday Girl, Nicole got a pedi!! And btw this is my first negative post! Don’t like doing that but.....
Great place and staff are all professional
Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, wait wasn’t as long as I anticipated, and my nails look gorgeous!
Nice people that work their, enjoy everything that they do, best place in town.
The nail tech was extremely rude and rough with my nails. I went in for a balance and while filling them, he rounded my nails out when my previous shape was an almond shape with a point. When I asked for him to add the point back, he told me it was an extra charge to change the shape, even though that was the shape I had previously. Very rude the rest of my visit and charged me extra for asking him to keep my original shape rather than rounding them out. I will not be back.
