Called to make an appointment for my girlfriend, asked for her stylist and she's not there anymore, since the last time we were there half of the staff has quit! While I waited in the waiting room all I could hear was gossiping from the lady with short blonde hair, the owners wife I believe . She kept going on and on about her own employees, completely unprofessional. And it's not the first time, my girlfriend had the same experience.

Hi Mark, I'm the owners wife, I haven't been in the salon this past week. I'm not sure who, you are referring to but it most certainly wasn't me. You are correct, we have had 3 stylists recently leave. Two of which opened their own salon suite and the other made a career change. What a damn joke ! Booked an appointment with Geno for a cut and color. Ok....worked for about a week until the "toner" wore off. I called back for a fix, showed up for my appointment and was told he unexpectedly quit. Sure wish i would have known this ahead of time. They gave me to another person to fix my hair. Honestly he tried, but my hair was still a mess !!! He had nothing to work from since Geno never logged my color, etc. in the computer. WARNING WILL ROBINSON !
I would never change this salon. Been going for 5 years with my mom and we absolutely love it. Every time we go, it is even better....the staff, the owners. Gary is the best hair stylest I have even known in my entire life.....and believe me .....I know about hairstylists!.....shame he cannot be in my home country.....otherwise he would be top in the country!!.....thank you Gary and all!!
