Charging full price for units that look like prison cells, disgusting. Management should be ashamed.
I lived at Enve from 2021 to 2022. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Communication from management is nearly nonexistent. During my one year at Enve, more than five different property managers came and went. Emails, phone calls, and maintenance requests often went unanswered or ignored. Once you've signed your lease, expect to be on your own. I completed my lease here, paid rent in full through the end date, and vacated the apartment in good faith. After moving out, I was charged $2,224.32 for “insufficient notice”, even though this clause was never explained to me at signing and no reminder was given at lease end. Management has put me on a payment plan, but this experience left a very negative impression. Future tenants should read every detail of the lease carefully — move-out charges can be an unpleasant surprise.
Rented this place for 2 years. At the time of move out they are charging what ever they like.. Even after sharing all the proofs with them for rectifying the move out charges no one has the courtesy to respond. They will simply overcharge you take your money and never return it back. The management is pathetic.. its been now years chasing them they simply wont return your money. Do your self a favor stay away from this place. Edit: I changed my review previously to reflect the fact that I thought they had taken care of a problem. After dozens of calls, emails, and texts back in May, I have just discovered that not only did they not fix my bill -- where they overcharged me -- but they have no recollection of the entire exchange. Do not rent here!!! They are impossible to contact and never follow through
