Bryan was very professional and did an outstanding job of working through some difficult garage beams to match up all of the components. All systems where up and running perfectly. I would highly recommended Entry Systems based on cost and service (thanks Bryan for making this such an excellent experience)
The tech arrived on time, gave me the option to replace the entire garage door assembly or just the component that failed. When I chose to just replace the component that failed, he didn't try to up-sell me. He quickly performed the repair, demonstrated it for me, and then charged me the amount we agreed to before he started working. My receipt came via email soon after he left. I wish all of my repairs went this well.
