In the past I had excellent service from this company BUT my most recent experience was a nightmare. A community agency paid for extreme cleaning, after this company ignored my requests for over 6 months. The cleaner ignored specific instructions to not throw away any storage bins, and he assured me the laundry hanging on my shower curtain was packed.
