The customer service I just received from Barbara was appalling. As a tenant, I should be given the red carpet treatment. Instead I'm being treated poorly and being treated like I'm a nuisance. When I have an issue that needs to be taken care of ASAP, there's no "I'm so sorry about that, let me get the owners on the phone right away so we can get this resolved for you quickly."
