Not sure what kind of employees the other people are but I've worked for the company for 2 1/2 years. This is, by far, the best company I have worked for. They value their employees and it shows repeatedly in their actions, not just their words. They do not work you to death, in fact, they encourage you to "unplug" in your down time and forget about your job. Entrata is the worst place I've ever worked. Management and rules constantly change, no communication is allowed above your manager, they don't care about employees at all. Negative feedback is all you'll get. They break labor board rules in many areas. ie - The only way to raise your bottom line score they give you of 90% is to skip breaks. And they push you to increase that score. I've always been the most valued employee, but there, they nit picked every little thing, skipping over the good. The pressure and stress intens... read more
