I submitted several payments with new account information and for some reason the payments were actually pulled from the other bank account. I never authorized that. I specifically input new bank account information and submitted my payment. Now I have been charged late fees, return check fees, and non sufficient funds fees. I never authorized for them to take money out of that account.

Entrata and its branch "Resident Verify" appear to have no regard for any of their customers or clients whatsoever, and many of their mandatory legal forms to be signed by prospective property renters or guarantors are frankly sub-par, poorly-written forms that would never pass muster with any legitimate firm. This company should not exist they claim to do investigations that take 30 days when you file a dispute and information they claim would take 30 days to acquire I was able to get with-in 30 minutes of calling the courts. I called them back to disclose that information and they put me on hold to confirm that information so they don't need 30 days but they tell you that just to hold up your process/application and despite having evidence of a zero balance of cases that were all dismissed they still refuse to remove these negat... read more

This company participates in unethical practices such as racial profiling tenants. In addition providing false data to their clients when screening potential tenants. This company stated my ssn was a potential Fraud alert along with inaccurate information that was not listed on my credit report. When I spoke with a customer service rep from RVI, it was stated the information was provided from Experian.
