Very poor customer service. They seem to be incapable of providing consistent, truthful information. With the exception of 1 employee that I've spoken to, they also seem to be incapable of apologizing. Because of what I've been through with this company, I have zero trust in them. A customer/resident should not be spoken to in the way I was spoken to.
