Application process seems property manager friendly, but extremely painful as an applicant.
Their ResidentPortal app charges illegal surcharges(in many states). They also have no apparent ability to negotiate merchant fees and automatically charge the maximum for the industry. Considering they know where people live this is a low risk transaction. Shameful with all that is going on in the world.
