We are very dissatisfied with the service provided by Karina at Entra Title. We have a recorded lien on a property that was recently sold. We have made numerous attempts to contact Karina about the satisfaction of the lien but are being told that they missed the lien. She claims that she filed a claim with the title insurance company but she does not have a claim number and she can't provide me with the insurance company's contact information.
