I have gotten full glam makeup for weddings, parties, and other special events on numerous occasions at Entourage so far and highly recommend Francesca! She is extremely professional, collaborative, and always makes me leave feeling beautiful!
We had the BEST experience with the Entourage team!! I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated Melissa, Sara, Rachel, and both Kelly’s! We had a girls weekend to Sheboygan (who knew?) and didn’t have our spa plans firmed up. Melissa worked major magic with the rest of the team to not only fit us in, but work their schedules so we could get all the services we were hoping for and more! So damn overpriced!!!! Hating the color that is being done on my hair. Disgusting! Instead of chocolate color she did dark black and it makes my face look shabby. No one around me likes this color. Am really hating it. Simple “Air” Blow dryer was done without informing the charges of it instead of paying $45 for that I would have got hair cut done. Unsatisfied with my daughter’s hair color. Worst work done. Assured of good work but instead made her hair look Terrible. Charges way too high. A big NO to this salon for sure. Elmhurst robbery salon. Disgusting!
