Did not receive even close to the highlights and color of what I originally asked for. I showed Teresa a couple pics and went into detail of what I wanted done. Then was brought a full big booklet of far too many color swatches so between that and the conversation, got confused and forgot about my original wants. Was never asked how many highlights I wanted (half or full head) or how thick of highlights, etc. The baylage effect was mentioned without asking but I stopped it/said not necessary.
