The stores themselves are fairly nice. I think some items are overpriced for the quality you receive, but you can sometimes find a good deal. That being said, their return policy needs a major overhaul. In this day and age, you canât have an online retail shop and not offer refunds. Sometimes clothing items donât work out - whether they donât fit or the quality isnât what you expected - and itâs not enough to just offer a store credit.
