Manager was rude. Refused to work with a store credit exchange. If the clothes this business sells are so low quality and itâs confidence in sales so low that an exchange canât be made within 30 days it shouldnât be in the retail business. I would happily be a returning customer but this policy is ridiculous. Never again. Equal or better quality for the similar price can be purchased elsewhere without putting your customers through this unnecessary mess.
Sales Associates very knowledgeable in their merchandise. They were also very helpful in suggesting outfits for different occasions. Pleasant personalities & very welcoming and inviting rather I bought something or not. I will definitely be returning to this store.
