Ordered items online. Package was supposed to be delivered by 8pm on a Thursday and it was not delivered. Tracking info said package was lost. Next day received an email stating one of the items I ordered was not shipped and they are refunding me the total price of the item. I would have liked to know that before you sent the rest of the package out, I probably would have cancelled the entire order. Only ordered other items to get free shipping.
