I had the 1GB Quad Play package for 6 years. I called Customer Service in June about my service contract ending on July 24. 2021. I was told that it was extended to August 7. I have called a few times since to inquire what the cost of my service would be on August 8. I was informed each time that they did not know because of the promotion dates, but assured me that the cost would be about the same or less. We moved into an apartment that didn't disclose they had this internet provider until we were about to move in. We had no choice since everything was already set up for move in. Biggest mistake ever. It is 8/19/2021 and I'm going back to school and I'm in the middle of doing my class work since I work all day and I have night classes online, the internet decides to go out at 9pm. I would give Entouch a 0 star rating if I could. The service is garbage. The only reason I'm still a customer is because the apartment community that I live in prohibits tenants from using any other internet provider--which is ridiculous in itself. In my 2 bedroom apartment the service only works well in the living room where the router is located. The connection is constantly dropped in both bedrooms. I am only as loyal to a company as they are reliable to me. EnTouch, initially, was a reliable company. My speeds were great, and I was pleased to be someone who could brag about my internet. As time went on, though, the service decreased substantially - until finally, they were charging me for service I wasn't receiving. I have spent 3 hours on hold with them over the last two days, and still my issue is not getting resolved. They do not answer their phone. Their tech support is not very tech-y. For instance, previously when but on hold for a long time, they offer to call you back, if you press "1." Now, that function does not work. The tele-reps blame it on Verizon. Horrible, horrible company, despite being with the company for years, several issues with reception, connection, and lack of any customer service especially with connectivity & wiring with wall port access. Spoke with Manager Alesha, and sales rep Mike who were not accommodating at all, really unfortunate

Left this review at google and got the reply that someone from customer service will call...waited for three days...still no call...will wait for my contract to finish to move out. Here is what I wrote: Technician comes to my place replaces equipment for alarm and it communication box. The communication box does not closes properly so I call entouch and the same guy comes back, with attitude that why can't I fix this myself. enTouch is the absolute worst internet provider and business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I moved to my home in May and have had issues ever since. Their technicians are in my backyard multiple times a week and not a single one of them can tell me what they're doing. When I called in to make a service call, the kid on the phone was so rude telling me they couldn't have someone out for A WEEK!!
