Dr Chain and Team are the best! His office staff are some of the friendliest, polite, and helpful I have ever experienced. Dr. Chain is not just an “excell_ENT” ENT specialist but also a complete health care provider. Dr. Chain helped me with a throat issue, surgery could not have been any smoother. ENTOne is awesome. Dr Chain is has a great bedside manner. He tells you what procedures needs to be performed. When and How he will do it. He and Abby are professionals with a since of humor. I would not trust my sinuses with any one, but Dr. Chain.
I had such a good experience here two years ago that I recommended them today to my friend who can’t get over a sinus infection. They were the only place to help me figure out what was wrong with me at the time and I’m still feeling gratitude.
After a slip and fall, I was so relieved to be seen so quickly. Dr. Chain and Abbey are truly a dynamic duo! They were attentive, friendly, and even laughed at my bad jokes, which put me at ease. They took the time to listen, thoroughly explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable and well cared for. My nose—and my wedding coming up in June—are very happy! I couldn’t be more grateful.
Having fully lost hearing once in each ear nearly overnight due to SSNHL (and regained it over time), I have worked with 4 ENT separate practices in the past decade all on an urgent basis. Dr. Randy Taylor has been exceptional, and clearly cares deeply for his patients and is my favorite doctor out of all of these visits.
