I have rarely experienced such caring, professional, and friendly help from a doctor and his entire staff. I met Dr. Taylor after months of time spent trying to understand why I had a sore throat that simply would not go away. Doctor Chain is Awesome!!!! Very informative and a delight to work with. He did excellent work on my septoplasty and really cares about his patients.

I went to Dr. Chain for an appointment and was very satisfied with everything. He explained everything to me in depth and it happened exactly how he said. I didn’t feel any pain and have had no problems since. He was very precise and detail oriented and went the extra mile to ensure I understood everything and was comfortable. Everyone in the office was phenomenal!
