Originally had an annual appointment set up around 2016ish? After pushing me into testing that uncovered a temporary problem, Entira called me exactly once (to inform me that, because of the problem, my annual exam was now retroactively not covered by my insurance and I owed them money). Not thrilled with the quick exit of our provider. They canceled a standing appointment with the Dr instead of finding us a spot within the schedule leaving us not scheduled at all. Would been great if they weee diligent and called and and explaining why appointment was canceled and would we care to try to get in within the same timeframe with another provider? I'm just trying to get help from county services and they need my doctor to fill out some paperwork showing I am disabled and cannot work. The care provider that I saw there is Chelsie Hartzel who refuses to fill out the paperwork unless I see her and go through physical therapy. That way they make more money and continue to bleed the system dry. The problem is and she knows it that I live 1.5 hours away now and cannot make those appointments. Here's the kicker. The clinic is vey difficult to find! The entrance is in the alley behind the radiology clinic! We were late for the appointment and had to reschedule. I am not happy with the move from Invergrove!

Usually it has been excellent and prompt care recently however unresponsive to phone calls or requests for medication renewal even though I have been a long time patient. And when asking for help from staff member very little response or concern. Based on recent experience I am dissatisfied and not recommending the clinic to other people. The physician that I have is excellent but getting help from some of the staff presents increasing difficulty compared to the past. I was surprised and disgusted.
