We have been with Entira for a while they have always taken care of us at the end of the day. The receptionist is a kind lady always easy to check in. Our doctor left the practice and I was impressed with seeing the PA recently. He was very through despite having 3 kids in tow and one of my sons having special needs. Professional, attentive, efficient, and skilled. So happy to be under their care.
Entira is okay overall, but follow up for patient issues is not good. My husband and I both saw a new doctor last time because ours was booked way out. She never commented on either of our test results so we have no idea what they mean, or any resolution to the issues we were tested for.
While I absolutely love the doctor I see- it's nearly impossible to get in to see her. The other doctors are not easy to work with. The office makes scheduling difficult, even with weekend apts. if I want to discuss medication at my yearly exam- they code it as a second apt which I have to pay massively for. They don't allow patients and the doctor on call to use common sense. They require a patient to come in for EVERYTHING. Which adds to the frustration because... see above. I have now been without my ADHD medication for almost an entire week thanks to these fools and their improper care. Nobody gets back to you in a timely fashion whatsoever. This will be the last time I deal with them, I'm switching to somebody, anybody else.
