Called inquiring about vehicle and they were in a rush to get on another call. No problem, it happens. Asked me to text pics of my trade + information and that they would send me a video & carfax of their car. I sent multiple photos and information via text. Never got a reply again even after following up several times. I was completely ignored going forward. Hard to run a business if you don't want people's cash for your products, moving on to buy another car. Don't waste your time here.
Just the facts, Part 1. I purchased a vehicle from Mr. Vaughn (Alex) in September 2025. A day before the transaction, I asked Alex about the air ride suspension. His response was "The air ride system currently operates flawlessly..." Upon taking the vehicle to a trusted (by Alex and myself) mechanic (shortly after the transaction), it was determine the air ride was malfunctioning and needed repair or conversion. Alex was FANTASTIC! I will absolutely be coming back to this place. Fast, smooth, easy, no hassle. What more could you ask for? Oh and did i mention that the car was absolutely incredible. I can't believe I got it for the price I did! See you guys soon! =)
