Great customer service. Evan is super helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Had lots of fun talking cars with him and getting to know the works behind EAG.
Thanks for keeping my BMW safe. Always a home run hit with these guys. Only BMW service department I will trust with my vehicle and wallet!! Honest, fun, reliable, and very efficient, every time I take my car in for service. Can't thank these guys enough for always taking care of me from preventive maintenance to a 4pm-5pm stop in for tires and light bulbs, so I'll make it to Chicago the next day! Great customer service...even though it's more like friend service! May your "Captain" be proud of your job well done!

Integrity, quality and customer service at the level provided by Eric and the EAG team is rare in this industry. You get what you pay for, and these guys deliver.
These are truly enthusiasts and experts in the finest of cars. I found them to be passionate, truthful and knowledgeable (a good combination). Although, I could not become a customer yet, I will not consider another place for acquiring my next BMW.
There are not many places in this area to take a BMW in for service. Even less that are reputable. Enthusiast is a place where I can trust what they tell me I need now in a repair and what's in store for me in the future. I won't take my 5 series anywhere else for service needs, and neither should you.
