Wonderful, friendly & cordial staff. I would reserve trucks/vans from that location 100x over. They will work with you to find alternatives if what you booked (last minute) is not available.

They could not have been better. Our engine blew 10 hours from home and we were stuck at the side of the road. Empire Birmingham came through for us. They were friendly and took care of us. We rented a truck from them and found a trailer though U-haul and got back on the road. They were great every step of the way.
