Everything about the rental experience was great. I will definitely return to the Cook Springs location in the future.
I’d avoid at all costs. Go with Penske or any other rental company. We rented a 26 foot truck over a week in advance for our move. The day of our move we showed up to get our truck and the haughty jerk behind the counter informed us that they didn’t have any trucks for us and he “tried to call the night before” Didn’t leave a voicemail, only tried to call once?
