I rented through my GEICO insurance claim after an accident, and my experience with this Enterprise branch was disappointing. When I called for pickup, I asked for a mini-SUV but was brought a huge Chevrolet Traverse (much larger than I needed). I was told I could switch to something smaller later, so I went back and was given a Jeep Compass that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. These guys are the best. Blew my tire out and they did everything they could to find me a car after other locations and companies told me no. Saved my day.
I have been calling for days, weeks, and now MONTHS trying to get in contact with someone who can resolve my issue. I've gone in person to the location and they were no help whatsoever, absolutely useless waste of my time, they gave me phone numbers to call, they were no help whatsoever, everyone I call at Enterprise is completely clueless.
