Great experience here - I had to bring my car to the shop for 2 days and I was able to rent a car and pick it up within the hour. Staff was very friendly and it took less than 10 minutes for me to get the keys (I did pre-register online). They even called me the next day to make sure everything was going well with the rental. If I ever need to rent a car, I know where to go! Thanks for a great experience.
The folks at the State Street office in North Haven, CT are fabulous! They were so accommodating to my need to extend my rental 3 times (due to circumstances beyond my control). I was always treated with professionalism and respect. I highly recommend them!
Everyone was great. Arranged booking online. Followup call to help me understand what is needed at times of pickup. Dropped me off at home when I returned car. Seemless.
