Excellent customer service. The rep even called me a few days in and asked how the rental was and if I needed anything or had any questions. Great Place... Cool luxery replacement while my Caddy was in the shop.
Don’t rent from here absolutely worst customer service. I have rented a car at 4:30pm on Friday and returned it next day by 2:30pm but they charged me $600 for 3 days and I did not even use it for 24hrs. Never returning to this location again. Hope they scam people like this and make more money.
I had an issues with a vehicle and they were very nice and helpful and immediately fixed the problem. They are the best!
