Easy to rent a vehicle and people are very friendly and helpful you if you have questions. Excellent customer service.
They quoted me one price over the phone but when I showed up it was suddenly twice as much. They said their computer wouldn't let them give me the car at the price we discussed because they didn't have the code needed and didn't know how to get the code. I took an uber to get there and wound up having to take an uber to a different rental company. Very unprofessional!
Assistant Manager Jeremy Rodriguez promptly greeted me with a smile the moment that I walked into this establishment. Jeramy was client focused throughout the entire interaction, even despite the fact that it was end of day. Jeremy truly knows how to deliver client excellence! Without any question, I will highly recommend the North Haven location. Thank you for making a not so easy time easy!
The branch manager Maxanne is the pinnacle of excellent customer service. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic.
