So convenient! It is attached to Aulani making it quick and easy to get the car. Checking the car back in is even easier, you hand off the valet and that's it. Easiest car rental I've ever had.
Great experience!
Super smooth process. We used the rental service twice during our stay for a quick trip to Waikiki and then a longer road trip around the North shore of Oahu. Getting back late wasn't N issue since you can just drop the car off with Valet at the resort.
Stayed at Aulani and wanted to do some shopping while on Oahu. Found a great price on Enterprise. Booked it and was able to pick it up at Aulani and easily dropped it off with the bellmen. No hidden fees. Just great customer service and a nice smooth riding mini van. I ended up forgetting a few thing in the rental and the next day they worked with us to get it back to us. Again, just awesome customer service.
