Excellent service all the way around
Enterprise at Aulani closes at 1pm with no support at all after 1pm. I tried to call the other number provided. They were unable to assist in the slightest. My contract said the vehicle had 21.9 gallons at pickup. The vehicle does not have a gauge for gallons. I asked if they would refund if I overfilled which they would not. I also asked for the damage waiver, which the man at the counter did not add. I asked them to add it. They refused. Luckily I didnt need it. I asked how to call someone. They told me they're closed.
